Hospital-aqcuired pneumonia. Community-acquired pneumonia (in particular forms accompanied by bacteremia). Complicated infections of the skin and its structures. Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium infections, in particular infections with bacteremia. Uncomplicated infections of the skin and its structures.
