Blind sheep
Year of creation: 2020
Dimensions: 70 x 45 cm
Technique: Oil on canvas
This is the second piece from a diptych exploring the symbolism of sacrifice and purity. This painting symbolizes what people refer to as inner vision. The image of a blind sheep contains a cross-section of a horizon of a certain landscape. The human is engaged and integrated into nature through diverse connections. Most of them are imperceptible and subtly felt by us, but they exist. The “blind sheep” in the painting serves as a reminder of the depth of our inner world, of the ability to see with the heart.
