the desire to be a good artist,” the artist notes.
Natalia Korf-Ivanyuk works in genre
painting with mixed media, oil painting and graphics. She is engaged
in book design. The gentle poetics
of Ukrainian culture, the spirit of the ethnic group, the connection
of the present with the past – this is the main
source of her inspiration. Natalia plays with texture on her canvases, uses collage,
works broadly and impasto, and the paints that
she uses often behave unexpectedly,
but always emotionally.
