Quatrefolic® is the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, equivalent to 400 micrograms (mcg) of 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, Opadry White 03B58600 (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol).
