We have initiated and are constantly improving the pharmacovigilance system to ensure the safety and efficacy of medicines manufactured by LLC “Gladpharm LTD”, Ukraine, or Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd, India.

If the use of medicines has caused you to experience an adverse reaction (AR) and/or lack of efficacy (LE), seek medical attention immediately.

Fill out the report card to inform us about an AR and/or LE when using medicines manufactured by LLC “Gladpharm LTD”, Ukraine, or Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd, India.

If necessary, the information provided will be used exclusively for tracking, analyzing and reporting on the safety and efficacy of our own medicines.

We guarantee that no appeal will be ignored and will be carefully considered. If you have any questions related to the safety and efficacy of the use of medicines, please contact the Pharmacovigilance Division.
